Shipping Policy

How fast do you ship?

We’re a small mom and pop operation (no, really - two people, sometimes two and a quarter).  We try our darndest to ship most orders out within 48 hours to arrive in 2-7 business days, depending on where it’s headed.  However, some items may take up to a week before it ships out.  This is due to some merchandise that we order from distributors at the time we get an order from you.  By utilizing distributors for some of our products, we are able to offer more variety of merchandise without purchasing inventory up front. 

If orders are received after 6pm CDT weekdays or on weekends or holidays, your order will be processed the following business day.

We use FedEx or USPS for all shipments.  Please call us (920-574-2932) or email us ([email protected]) if you have special expedited needs for your order.

We’ll email you a tracking number after your order ships.

Please verify your shipping address when you place your order.  Incorrect addresses will delay delivery, plus any shipment returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

We’re just getting started with this whole online store thing, so no, not at this time, but we will in the future.

Do you ship internationally?

See answer above for APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, we will ship up to three different addresses.

How do you figure shipping costs?

Here’s what we base our shipping costs on:

What will my delivery box look like?

We are a green business, after all.  So that means, in all likelihood, the box your merchandise will come in has lived a previous life – it’s being recycled!  It also means it may have various printing on it; it may be beat up; and it may be downright ugly.  This will in no way affect the protection and timeliness of your product.

On some occasions we use FedEx boxes.

We like to minimize packaging whenever possible, but when it comes to glass merchandise, you’ll see some extra precautions in packing.

Some liquids like cleaners or shampoos may also be enclosed in clear plastic bags, which come from our suppliers, which we are reusing.

Return Policy

Can I return it?

The simple answer is yes.  We want you to be happy with your green product.  No sense in keeping something you don’t like.

If the item is defective or broken, please contact us via phone (920-574-2932) or email ([email protected]) and let us know right away.  We’ll pay for the return shipping cost in these cases.

If the item is just the wrong color, wrong size, or whatever non-defectable reason, just send it back within 30 days of receiving it.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.  We will refund your purchase price.  The item must be in resalable condition; with its original packaging (if it had any); and with the original receipt.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’ll do our best to accommodate that.  If we can’t do an exchange, we’ll do a refund or a store credit.

Gifts that are returned require the gift receipt.  Exchanges on gifts will try to be accommodated, but if not, then only a store credit will be issued.

Please allow 7-14 business days for completing returns or exchanges.  Shipping times vary greatly, as does reimbursement processing.  Credit card credits typically take an additional billing cycle despite our immediate processing.

What are cookies (the Internet kind, that is)?

Cookies are part of all online shopping websites, including Just Act Natural’s.  Cookies collect specific data that are necessary to fully navigate, create an account, and to place an order. Cookies also provide us with valuable information on traffic and its sources so we may better market ourselves.  If you have set your computer to reject all cookies, feel free to call us to place an order (920-574-2932).

Can I create an account?

Yes, you can create an account at any time on our website.  You can also proceed to the checkout as a guest, without creating an account.  The information you provide is secure and is safely kept on file for future purchases.  This makes future shopping fast and easy.  You may enter your account at any time to make changes, etc.

Do you hold onto my personal information?

Your personal information is held in a secure database and used internally to process orders and to communicate with our customers.  There may be times when we have questions about an order or need verification from the customer regarding their mailing address or contact information.  

What about my credit card information?

Your credit card information is entered into our online secured payment site.  This information is not accessible to us at all.  In other words, we never see your credit card details.  This is why, if you wish to add to your order, we will need to talk on the old-fashioned telephone or you may place another order online.

Do you keep my email address?

Yes, we keep your email address between our four walls only.  Having your email address makes communication easy in the event that we need to contact you.  We may also use your email and the emails of gift recipients for further contact for our newsletters, sales, promotions or announcements. We hope you'll like hearing from us, but in the event that you would like to opt out, there is an "unsubscribe" option available.  You may also email us requesting to unsubscribe ([email protected]).

Do you share my email address?

No.  Just Act Natural does not share or sell any customer information with or to any other organization for any kind of marketing purposes.  The only information that may be transferred to another business would be enough information to fulfill a drop shipping order.  That supplier may not use that information outside of their drop-ship obligation.  The only other time which would necessitate sharing your information would be if we were legally required to by law enforcement officials.

What’s your website security like?

Just Act Natural uses the industry standard for Internet financial security called Secure Socket Layers (SSL) which uses encryption to protect your personal and credit card information.  Make sure you use a web browser that supports SSL.  You know that you are using a secure website when the URL begins with https - the "s" means it is secure.  You should see the "s" when you log into your account or begin checking out. While we like to say our website is 100% secure, the reality in today's world is that nothing is 100% secure.  However, it is just as secure as other leading online retailers.
